All files are supplied fully unlocked in office compatible format (except some guidance documents which are in pdf format).

All the files in the package have been tried and tested to make sure they serve the purpose intended and are as simple as possible to ensure they can be completed easily and correctly (which helps avoid non-conformances!!).

F-Q26 Premises Monthly Checklist - Version 2

This form template is taken from the 'Forms Templates' section which includes 100+ different types of form template and also multiple versions of some forms.

This form is a checklist which is set out covering the full calendar year with a column for each month to indicate that a monthly check has been completed.

This checklist is useful for demonstrating that regular checks of key equipment, safety controls and other checks relating to the premises are being completed and logged. Space has been provided on some versions of the form for additional description for each check with details of what should be checked and additional guidance on checks and some versions also include a notes section.

There are 4 versions of the form and all the checks can be easily amended, deleted or expanded as required.

P-3 Health and Safety Policy - Version 4

Sample policy from the 'Policies' section of the web site.

This is an all-in-one version of the Health & Safety Policy which includes a documented H&S policy statement and also a general Risk Assessment and Fire Risk Assessment.

Health and Safety Policy also includes a summary of Health & Safety Arrangements.

This version of the policy template is designed for small companies who are large enough to be required to have this information documented (5 employees in the UK) but who do not currently have a documented Health & Safety management system in place.

A sample data version of this policy is also available and includes details of common hazards, risks and example controls that may be in place to mitigate the risks.

This version of the policy is not suitable for ISO 45001 compliance.

ER16 Business Continuity Risk Register

Register taken from the 'Registers' section of the site which includes various files prepared using Excel for logging, analysing and reporting key data related to the management system and for managing key areas of the business.

This register can be used as part of a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) for ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System Standard compliance or just used as part of the process for reviewing business continuity arrangements.

The register includes a section for documenting context and assumptions (ISO 22301 requirements) and then a sheet for listing and analysing critical functions which can then be used for business impact analysis. Business Impact Analysis includes a scoring system to objectively assign a risk rating followed by a review of controls and residual risk rating.

A sample data version of this register is also available and includes details of example critical functions, associated impact analysis and potential control measures and continuity arrangements.

Downloading and using this version will avoid any conflict as this file links with the policies and the Integrated Management System.
