Amend the matrix to suit your organisation with training and competencies relevant to your activities and employees listed on the matrix. This register will flag up renewal dates to assist with planning and renewal of training and licenses.

Fields on the matrix use conditional formatting which will be active if field heading is marked as 'expiry' (to prevent formatting highlighting dates as overdue if using the matrix to enter the date training was completed).

As well as date based entries it is also to just log general competence rating.

ER2 Staff Training Competency Matrix logs completed training and also assesses required competencies of people – assessing the competence will take into consideration any actions taken to gain competence and through assessing this the actions taken to achieve competence will be evaluated for their effectiveness.
